Family Scrapbook Pages

This is the fourth challenge of “Your Story. Brilliant!” offered as a class by Linda Sattgast of ScrappersGuide.com.

This month the focus is on “Birth and Early Years.” As I have a twin brother it would be impossible to isolate my story since we were rarely apart during our youth. Peter is 5 minutes older than I and I remind him every year of how pleased I am that I’m not the oldest of four siblings—he is! Our younger brother is about 6 years young and the baby of the family is about 10 years younger than we are.

Hi Linda, Finally have taken the time to review your website and wanted to tell you how much I am enjoying your entries. I looked for a possible connection in New England, and especially to my Brown family who settled in Hampton and surrounding area of New Hampshire, in the 1600′s. It seems I am related to almost all of those early settlers.
It has been quite awhile since I enjoyed your company on the cruise to Alaska. I still look at the lovely fabric I purchased there and consider what my project it will inspire. Upon my return from the cruise, I was faced with my mother’s declining health which claimed almost all of my life for the next two years and then i had the estate to handle. About the time I thought I could pursue my genealogy life again my grandson was murdered and my whole life took a nose dive. I am in the process of reclaiming my life and reading your blog has been quite inspiring, thank you.
Your new addition sounds and looks wonderful, I have tried to stay up with you on FB. Hope this finds you well and hope to meet up with you again, perhaps at FGS ’15 Take care, Maureen MacDonald
